Dentro de su estructura se encuentra el Centro de Nefrolog\u00eda, donde desde hace muchos a\u00f1os se forman los nefr\u00f3logos de Uruguay as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n los de otros pa\u00edses. Es una instituci\u00f3n de referencia con larga trayectoria tanto en atenci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n como en formaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso, el desaf\u00edo fue instalar dentro de un hospital una historia cl\u00ednica electr\u00f3nica y adecuarla para que adem\u00e1s de servir como herramienta de gesti\u00f3n, apoyara en la formaci\u00f3n de nuevos especialistas. En este sentido, hemos trabajado y lo seguimos haciendo en la adecuaci\u00f3n de Renalic tanto en la informaci\u00f3n que recoge, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en los reportes que brinda a sus usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza Renalic para enviar informaci\u00f3n al Fondo Nacional de Recursos, organismo encargado de la financiaci\u00f3n del tratamiento en todo el territorio de Uruguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el HC, Renalic es utilizado en el centro de Hemodi\u00e1lisis, Di\u00e1lisis Peritoneal y tambi\u00e9n en el m\u00f3dulo de Agudos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el siguiente video, el jefe de di\u00e1lisis cr\u00f3nica, Dr. Ricardo Silvari\u00f1o, nos cuenta su experiencia relativa a problemas previos y c\u00f3mo Renalic resolvi\u00f3 y colabora d\u00eda a d\u00eda a trabajar de una forma eficiente y ordenada: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Testimonial de Renalic - Dr. Ricardo Silvari\u00f1o - Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SmTxmVnlL1k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
